The AI Business Operator comes out of Magyarbolt, a commerce business we use as an internal AI operations lab. That is where we design and test these workflows against day-to-day marketing and customer work.

It is a pilot, not a finished product. Some workflows are in regular use, others are still being tested — and we will be clear with you about which is which before you start.

When does the pilot start?

We are onboarding a small number of Belgian businesses in stages. After you apply we review fit, hold a short discovery call and agree a start date together. There is no fixed public launch date yet.

What happens to my data?

We only use the access you grant to prepare and run the work you approve. Application details are stored securely and used to assess and contact you. See the pilot privacy notice for details and retention.

Do I need special Meta permissions?

You need admin access to your Facebook Page, Instagram business account and, for WhatsApp, a WhatsApp Business account. Meta controls which permissions and features are available, and this can vary. Maxellco is not an official Meta partner.

How does WhatsApp messaging work?

WhatsApp only allows business-initiated messages to customers who have opted in, and outbound messages generally require Meta-approved templates. We set up workflows within those rules — not around them.

Can the AI publish or send without my approval?

No. Every post, campaign and customer message is approved by you before it is published or sent.

Will there be surprise automated fees?

No automated charges are taken by Maxellco. Monthly fees are agreed in writing before you start. Third-party costs such as Meta messaging fees or ad spend are billed by those providers and explained to you up front.

What about refunds and cancellation?

Refunds are not part of the standard Starter package. Cancellation terms are agreed in writing before the pilot starts. Applying through this page commits you to nothing and no payment is taken here.
