How we handle your application details
Who is responsible
Maxellco, Brussels, Belgium, is responsible for the details you submit through our pilot and Workflow Lab forms. Contact: hello@maxellco.com.
What we collect
Your name, email, business name, selected package, and — if you choose to provide them — your website or social profile, the channels you use and a short note. For the Workflow Lab form we may also store the workflow discussed with MAX in that session. We record when you gave consent and on which form.
Why
To review your application, contact you about it and prepare a possible pilot or Workflow Lab. This is based on the consent you give on the form. We only send marketing updates if you separately tick the optional marketing box.
How long
Applications that do not lead to working together are reviewed and deleted after 12 months. If we start working together, relevant details are kept for the duration of that relationship and as required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details for others' marketing. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@maxellco.com. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
